分子印迹技术用于海洋微生物生物碱活性成分的发现
Discovery of Active Component of Alkaloid From Marine Microorgamism Using Molecularly Imprinted Technique
【摘要】 以harmine为模板分子,并以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,合成分子印迹聚合物(molecularly imprinted polymer,MIP)。将其作为固相萃取材料,对1株海洋共栖细菌Pseudoalteromonas sp.NJ6-3-1次级代谢产物的活性成分进行选择性提取,得到harmine及与harmine结构相似的生物碱。实验结果表明,分子印迹技术是选择性分离提取海洋微生物中活性成分的有效方法。
【Abstract】 The molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was synthesized by taking harmine as the template molecule and methylacrylic acid as the functional monomer,and the MIP was then used as solid phase extraction material to extract harmine and its structural analogs from the secondary metabolites produced by a sponge associated marine bacterium Pseudoalteronomas sp.NJ6-3-1.It is shown from the experimental results that the molecularly imprinted technique is an effective method to selectively separate and extract the active component from marine microorgamism.
