船用球扁钢热弯成型工艺参数优化

【摘要】 采用有限元方法分析球扁钢弯曲过程中的回弹与变形,并以弯曲回弹量最小为目标对工艺参数进行了优化.

【Abstract】 The finite element method is used to analyze the resilience and distortion in the hot-bend process of bulb flat steel,and then the parameters are optimized in order to minimize the resilience after hot-bend process.
