起重机出绳口的参数化设计及仿真
Parameterized Design and Simulation of the Exit of Crane Wire Rope
【摘要】 起重机转盘式出绳口具有较好的防水效果,但由于其结构较为复杂,针对不同的机型,其尺寸须进行重新设计和计算.通过结合matlab、Autocad和ProE实现该部件的参数化设计和仿真,达到优化结构,减轻重量和提高设计效率的目的.
【Abstract】 In the course of crane design,the Turn Plate Exit of Wire Rope has advantages in waterproof.However,it’s structure is more complex than others.For different models,the sizes should always be redesigned and recalculated,which decreases the efficiency of design By combining the Matlab、Autocad and ProE.The parameterized design and simulation of the Exit of Crane Wire Rope have been carried out,while the purpose of optimizing the structure, lightening the weight and improving design efficiency has also been achieved.
