基于Windows的漏磁检测软件平台开发
Development of Software Platform Based on Windows for Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing
【摘要】 通过对不同漏磁检测系统的研究,研制了以Windows组件对象模型和计算机网络为基础的漏磁检测软件平台.为实现软件平台能适用于各类不同漏磁检测系统,提出了以信号采集组件接口和信号分析组件接口为基础的漏磁检测软件平台体系结构.针对钻杆漏磁检测系统的工作要求,实现对应信号采集组件和信号分析组件的开发.现场应用结果表明,该软件平台工作稳定且具备良好的可扩展性能.
【Abstract】 The characteristics of MFL system was studied and the software platform for MFL based on Windows components object model and computer network is designed,which includes server,client and network.In order to make the software platform adapt to each kind different MFL system,the framework of software platform which is based on interface of signal acquisition model and signal analysis mode is introduced.The signal acquisition model and analysis model of drill pipe MFL testing system is developed.The effect of application shows that this software platform works steadily and have good capacity for expansion.
