尼龙11/EVOH共混物的流变性能研究
The Rheological Behaviour of PA11/EVOH Blends
【摘要】 使用XLY-Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪研究了尼龙11/EVOH共混物的流变特性.实验结果表明:尼龙11/EVOH共混物为假塑性流体,在195~225℃的非牛顿指数为0.46~0.63,其表观粘度随着EVOH含量的增加先减小后增加,当EVOH含量为10%时,表观粘度最小.EVOH的加入使体系的粘流活化能增大,故熔体的流变性受温度的影响较大.
【Abstract】 The rheological behaviour of PA11/EVOH blends is investigated by means of XLYYⅡrheometer.The results show that PA11/EVOH blends are pseudo plastic fluid.The non-Newtonian indexes are ranged from 0.46 to 0.63 in correspondence with the temperature from 195 ℃ to 225 ℃.The apparent viscosity initially reduces with the incorporation of the EVOH,then increases,and achieves the minimal when the content of EVOH is 10%.With the addition of EVOH,the increasing apparent viscous activation energy of blends indicates that the processing temperature has great influence on their rheological behaviour.
