高速铣削P20淬硬钢的试验研究
Experimental Investigation of High Speed End Milling of Hardened P20 Steel
【摘要】 使用TiAlN涂层整体圆柱立铣刀,对P20淬硬钢(41HRC,32HRC)进行了高速铣削试验,考察了各种切削速度下的切屑变形、微观硬度、切削温度和切削力.切削参数包括:切削速度151~942 m/min,每齿进给量0.1 mm/齿,轴向切削深度1.0 mm,切削宽度1.0 mm.结果表明:两种硬度的P20钢都产生了锯齿形切屑,切削温度随切削速度的增加而增大,工件硬度、切削速度对切屑变形和切削力有重要的影响.
【Abstract】 Using solid carbide cylindrical milling cutter with TiAlN coating,P20 steels(heat treated to 41HRC and 32HRC) were machined at a high milling speed.The morphology of the chips,chip microhardness,chipping temperature,and the milling forces at various speeds are investigated.The cutting parameters involved are: cutting speeds in the range of 151 m/min to 942 m/min,feed of 0.1 mm/tooth,axial cutting depth of 1.0 mm,and radial width of 1.0 mm.The results show that saw-tooth chips are formed during high speed milling of hardened P20 steels at 41HRC and 32HRC.The chipping temperature increases with the increase of cutting speed.The influence of the cutting speed and the workpiece hardness on cutting force and chip deformation is significant.
