炼焦过程中温室气体的析出规律研究

【摘要】 运用热重-质谱(TG-MS)方法对5种不同变质程度的炼焦用煤进行模拟实验.结果表明,甲烷的析出主要有3种类型——煤中吸附的甲烷分子的析出,烷基侧链热解脱落形成的甲烷及热缩聚反应所致的甲烷.二氧化碳的析出分为主热解和缩聚两个阶段,前者峰温大致在460℃,而后者在650℃,水的析出与煤中羟基分布及氢键类型密切相关,弱氢键的羟基能较早脱除,而强氢键则需要较高的温度.

【Abstract】 TG-MS is applied to simulating the coking process with five coal samples.Three types of methane emission existing in coal pyrolysis are respectively the emission of methane adsorbed in coal,the generation from rupture of aliphatic linkages and from condensation of aromatic hydrocarbon.Emission of CO2 can be divided into two stages: the main pyrolysis of coal and the condensation of aromatic hydrocarbon,the peak temperature of the former is about 460 ℃ and that of the latter is 650 ℃.The emission of moisture is close correlative to hydroxyl distribution and hydrogen bond type.Hydroxyls of weak hydrogen bonds can be ruptured at lower temperature and the ones of strong hydrogen bonds need higher temperature during coal pyrolysis.
