【摘要】 目的:了解士兵日常的应激性生活事件,对应激性生活事件认知后所产生的情绪体验及所采取的应对方式。方法:应用自行修订的团体心理社会应激量表(PSSG)对某军区968名干兵进行问卷调查,并与症状自评量表(SCL-90)总分进行相关分析。结果:士兵常见的应激性生活事件有压力大、竞争强(63.2%),环境不适应(42.0%),进步受挫(36.7%),人际关系不协调(30.7%)等。SCL-90总分与生活事件(r=0.429,P<0.01)、消极情绪体验(r=0.484,P<0.01)、消极应对(r=0.389,P<0.01)成显著正相关,与积极情绪体验(r=-0.285,P<0.01)、积极应对(r=-0.185,P<0.01)成显著负相关。结论:部队应为士兵创造良好的作业、生活、社会环境,重视士兵在对自我、社会、环境、生活事件的正确认知、客观评价以及成熟的应对方式等方面的健康教育,以提高其适应能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze stressful life events,emotions and coping styles to the stressful life events in PLA soldiers.Methods:968 of PLA soldiers were tested by Self-revised PSSG and SCL-90 and the results were analyzed.Results:The order of stressful life events from high to low were heavy work and hard competition(63.2%),environmental maladjustment(42.0%),failure of individual advancement(36.7%),tension of interpersonal relationship(30.7%),etc.The general score of SCL-90 was positively correlated with life events(r=0.429,P<0.01),negative emotion(r=0.484,P<0.01),negative coping style(r=0.389,P<0.01),and was negatively correlated with positive emotion experience(r=-0.285,P<0.01)and positive copying style(r=-0.185,P<0.01).Conclusion:The Army should provide favorable environment for the PLA soldiers in work,life,social environment and special attention must be paid to the soldiers’ self-esteem in correct cognition and objective assessment in social life events,so that they can be mentally healthy and adapt themselves to the new environment.更多还原
