【摘要】 现阶段我国保险业快速发展的瓶颈约束与资本市场的结构性缺陷迫切要求借鉴国际先进的保险市场与资本市场对接经验,从金融深化和金融创新的层面探索适合我国国情的对接模式。通过比较美、英、日、德四国的对接模式发现,保险市场与资本市场的和谐对接是资金、产品和制度对接三方面的共融体,是金融市场自然演进与风险资本动态规制的最优范式结合。我国应在经济、金融微观制度基础变迁基础上选择适合国情的具有可操作性和可持续性的对接模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bottleneck in the rapid development of China’s insurance industry and the structural deficiencies of its capital market urgently force us to learn advanced integration experience of the international insurance market and capital market.We should explore the optimal integration mode viewing from financial deepening and financial innovation.Based on the comparative analysis of integration in America,Britain,Japan and Germany,this study concludes that the harmony integration modes of the insurance market and capital market are the integration of capital,products and institution,it is the optimal paradigm linkages between the natural evolution of financial market and venture capital dynamic regulation.So China should choose an operational and sustainable mode according to our economic and financial micro-basis.更多还原
