高水分城市生活垃圾干燥过程的动力学分析
Kinetic analysis on the drying of the high moisture MSW
【摘要】 通过在马弗炉内对高水分城市生活垃圾(白菜茎和土豆块)进行干燥试验,分别获得了其在炉内的失重率曲线,结果显示:当干燥温度高于120℃时,白菜茎经过25 min,失重率已超过80%;对土豆块,经过相同的时间时,失重率仅为30%。同时根据试验结果拟合整理出了试验温度范围内两种高水分垃圾干燥过程的Arrhenius方程和动力学参数,结果表明:高水分生活垃圾的活化能较低,其干燥过程可以在较低的温度下进行。
【Abstract】 The experiments on drying of the high moisture municipal solid waste(MSW) were made on muffle Incineration,and lost-mass rate curves was gained.The results show that lost-mass was already over 80% for the cabbage stem,but only 30% for the potato block after 25 min when the drying temperature was higher than 120 ℃.Activation energies from 100 ℃ to 200 ℃ were gained on cabbage stem and potato block,which showed that it need low energy when cabbage stem and potato block were completely dried.
