【摘要】 对第一套国产粉末树脂覆盖过滤器调试关键技术进行分析,为以后的粉末树脂覆盖过滤器设计、生产、调试提供经验。该系统的调试关键在系统压力、流量、时间、液位等参数的合理整定,以及根据工艺调试结果和现场实际情况对PLC步序进行合理调整。在调试中,解决了水气反洗时要求进气阀快速开/关等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key technology of the first nationalized powdered resin precoat filter(POWDEX) system during the trial operation is analysed,experience was presented for design,manufacture and commissioning of the similar system.The key technology of POWDEX system was how to adjust the vessel pressure,flow,the period and level etc.And how to adjust the PLC steps by the result of trial operation.Meanwhile,the problem of fast open/close of air inlet valve during air surge backwash and some default of equipment was successfully solved during commissioning.更多还原
