混沌理论在焊接中的研究现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 介绍了混沌理论在工程质量评定以及控制方面的应用概况。叙述了混沌理论在点焊、弧焊以及激光焊中的研究现状,并指出了其在当今焊接领域研究中存在的不足,即研究大多集中在质量评定方面,而在混沌控制方面却没有涉及。结合混沌理论的发展以及工程中应用的现状,给出了焊接中的混沌研究方向。混沌研究将有助于焊接过程的建模,增加对焊接过程中的机理认识,促进焊接的质量评定和质量控制水平的进一步提高。

【Abstract】 The application of chaos theory for quality evaluation and quality control in engineering was introduced.The current research on chaos theory in spot welding,arc welding and laser welding was presented.The shortcomings of current research on chaos theory in welding were analyzed.Most of the current researches were focused on quality evaluation rather than improving the welding quality with chaos control.Combined with the development of chaos theory and current research on chaos theory in engineering,the developing direction of chaos theory in welding was put forward.The research of chaos theory in welding will be helpful for establishing mathematic model,increasing understanding of the welding mechanism,and improving technology of the quality evaluation and quality control.
