钛合金微弧氧化技术的研究
Micro-arc oxidation technology of titanium alloy
【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展与进步,钛及其合金的应用越来越广泛,虽然它们具有很多优良的性能,但其表面的耐磨、耐蚀性能还不能满足某些关键零部件的要求,尤其在航天、航空领域,微弧氧化技术的出现则较好地解决了这个问题。微弧氧化技术是一种在铝、镁、钛等有色金属及其合金表面原位生长氧化膜的新技术。利用该技术制备的氧化膜具有耐腐蚀、耐磨、硬度高和电绝缘等优良特性。阐述了微弧氧化技术的发展历史、氧化膜制备的基本原理,分析了氧化膜生长规律及影响因素,指出了钛合金微弧氧化技术的特点、研究不足及研究方向。
【Abstract】 Micro-arc oxidation is a new technology to form ceramic coatings on Aluminum,Magnesium,Titanium and their alloys.It will develop the application field of nonferrous metals,especially in the field of aerospace.The ceramic coatings prepared by this technology have some excellent properties,such as wear resistance,corrosion resistance,high hardness and insulation.The development of micro-arc oxidation and principle of ceramic coating preparation were introduced.And then the growth regularity and influence factors were analyzed.Finally,the technology characteristic,shortage on research and research direction of micro-arc oxidation prepared on Titanium were pointed out.
