【摘要】 为了适应近年来世界造船工业对造船用钢的需求,首钢迁安钢铁有限责任公司通过了九国船级社的认证。根据各国船级社的要求,对D36级高强度造船用钢板的焊接性能进行了试验研究,分析了试验用钢板焊接接头的力学性能、冲击性能、硬度以及显微组织。试验结果表明试验用钢板具有优良的焊接性能,完全满足各船级社对船板的严格要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,for adapting to the requirements of shipbuilding industry,Shougang Qian’an iron and steel Co.,Ltd.obtains the manufacturer approval of nine classification societies.According to the requirements of the societies,the welding properties of grade D36 high strength hull structural steel are tested,and mechanical property,impact property,hardness and microstructure of welded joint are analyzed.The results show that the plate for hull possesses high quality in welding properties and fully meets the strict requirements of the societies on the hull structural steel.更多还原
