5m宽厚板轧机前后回转辊道辊的堆焊制造技术

【摘要】 随着钢厂宽厚板的大量上线,宽厚板轧机前后回转辊道辊的堆焊复合制造以及使用寿命的提高,越来越成为科研院所和生产单位的研究重点。依据5m宽厚板轧机前后回转辊道辊使用工况,选择了自行研制的YJ012-S作为打底层和YJ126-S药芯焊丝作为工作层堆焊材料,用自动埋弧堆焊工艺对回转辊道辊进行堆焊制造。堆焊工艺包括焊前,焊接过程中控制层间温度和焊后热处理等手段对回转辊道辊进行堆焊复合制造,堆焊制造后的回转辊道辊,其强度、耐磨性和抗热疲劳性能在实际生产线上运行考核,完全可以满足回转辊道辊的使用要求。

【Abstract】 According to the service performance of the gyrating roll table in 5 m width thick rolling mills,YJ012-S and YJ126-S fluxed-cored wire was used as surfacing material.With submerged-arc surfacing process,the gyrating roll table was manufactured and strengthened.The strength,ductility and the wear-resistance of the manufactured gyrating roll table with good shape increased.The service results after the application in production line shows that the surfacing manufactured gyrating roll table absolutely meets the service requirement.
