【摘要】 针对高压空气环境的特殊性,研制了高压焊接试验舱和钨极氩弧自动焊机,建立了以高速摄像机为核心的电弧摄像系统。在0.1~0.7MPa空气环境中,研究了电弧形态,采用稳态电弧的电流和弧长,结合钨极氩弧自动焊机其他主要参数,进行了典型位置16Mn钢板的焊接,采用自由成形工艺形成的全部接头均符合美国焊接学会AWS D3.6M:1999中A类接头的要求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at special demands under high pressures air ambient, the hyperbaric welding test chamber and the automatic GTAW(gas tungsten arc welding) machine were developed, and the camera system to capture arc shape image was built with high speed camera as main parts. Under air ambient pressures of 0. 1-0. 7 MPa, arc shapes were studied by using the welding current and arc length of stable arc, and combining the other main parameters of the automatic GTAW machine. The 16Mn steel plate at the typical position was welded, and the joints by free forming joints meet the requirements of Class A in AWS D3. 6M: 1999.
