【摘要】 目的探讨HER-2、P170、GST-π在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测HER-2、P170、GST-π在124例乳腺癌病理组织中的表达。结果HER-2、P170和GST-π在乳腺癌中阳性表达率分别为36.30%、45.16%、58.06%,三种标记有共表达性,HER-2表达与乳腺癌组织学分级及淋巴结转移相关,P170表达与乳腺癌组织学分级相关,GST-π与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中HER-2、P170和GST-π表达提示患者预后不良,HER-2、P170、GST-π是判断乳腺癌预后有效指标,对指导临床选择化疗方案及生物靶向治疗均具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression and significance of HER-2,P170 and GST-π in the breast cancer.METHODS By immunohistochemical technique,the expression of HER-2,P170 and GST-π was detected in 124 cases of breast cancer.RESULTS The positive expression rates of HER-2,P170 and GST-π were 36.30%、45.16% and 58.06% respectively in the breast cancer patients.They have common expression.The expression of HER-2 was correlated with the histological grades and lymph metastasis,P170 with the histological grades,and GST-π with the lymph metastasis(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Expression of HER-2,P170 and GST-π are useful prognostic factor in breast cancer patient and therapy guide.更多还原
