蛇毒的神经毒素及其对神经传递的影响
Neurotoxins of snake venoms and their effects on neurotransmission
【摘要】 蛇毒中含有200种以上的神经毒素,对神经递质的传递环节有高度特异的亲和力,能激活或阻断不同神经受体和离子通道,影响递质的释放和代谢,因此可用于受体和离子通道的研究,作为受体和离子通道鉴定和分类的科学依据,并可开发为治疗某些疾病的特效药。
【Abstract】 There are more than 200 kinds of neurotoxins in snake venoms.They act on different steps of neural transmission with high specific affinity.They activate or block different neural receptors and ion channels,influence the release or metabolism of neurotransmitter.Therefore they may be used for the identification and clasffication of receptors and ion channels,and may be exploit as the specific drugs for treating of some diseases.
