【摘要】 目的建立绿衣枳实中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(30∶70);检测波长为283nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果柚皮苷在0.168~2.016μg呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1964.8X-2.55(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD为2.12%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,分离效果好,可用于该药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a determining method for naringin in fructus ponciri trifoliatae by RP-HPLC method.METHODS The Kromasil C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(30∶70);the detection wavelength was 283nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The calibration curve of naringin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.168～2.016μg,and the regression equation was Y=1964.8X-2.55(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 100.9%,and RSD= 2.12%(n=6).CONCLUSIONS The method is simple ,quick,sensitive,accurate and can be used to control the quality.更多还原
