【摘要】 目的制定维血灵口服液质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对处方中的大黄素进行含量测定。结果大黄素在0.1~0.9μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率为98.4%~100.8%。结论本方法能对维血灵口服液进行定量检测,结果准确可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To work out the methods for quality control of Weixueling oral solution.METHODS The content of Emodin Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati was determined quantitatively by HPLC.RESULTS Emodin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.1μg～0.9μg,r=0.9998.The recovery was 98.4%～100.8%.CONCLUSION This method can test Weixueling oral solution quanitatively and quantitatively,and the result is accurate and reliable.更多还原
