【摘要】 目的建立甘桔利咽颗粒的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,以甘草、玄参、柯子的对照药材为对照品,对成品的醋酸乙酯提取液进行薄层层析,并作阴性对照。结果同一薄层板上的成品色谱显示与3种对照药材相对应的特征斑点,阴性对照证明无干扰。结论所建立的方法可用于甘桔利咽颗粒的鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an identification method for Ganjie Liyan granules.METHODSThe samples were extracted by ethyl acetate,and the extraction was identified by TLC with three extractions of Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Radix Scrophulariae,Fructus Chebulae and negative comparison.RESULTSThe characteristic spots had displayed in the samples similar to the three herb medicines,and there was no spot in negative comparison.CONCLUSIONThis method can be used to identify the ganjie liyan granules.更多还原
