【摘要】 目的对三叶青藤进行生药学研究,为鉴别、临床应用和进一步开发利用提供参考资料。方法采用性状鉴别,显微鉴别和理化鉴别的方法。结果发现三叶青藤根的导管主要集中成一条带状;叶栅栏组织细胞通过主脉;主脉维管束外韧形,上方又有一小外韧形维管束,两维管束被一条纤维束分开,其外侧均有纤维束,呈环状;薄壁细胞中含有大量针晶和少量砂晶。结论以上特征可作为鉴别三叶青藤的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Though the Pharmacognostic identification research,to provide the reference for clinical practice and further development of the lligera rhodantha Hance.METHODS characteristics of crude drug,microscopic characteristics and physicochemical were studied.RESULTSRoot: The vessels mainly concentrate belt-shaped.Leaf: The palisade cells cross the main vascular bundle,which type is open bundle and another small vascular bundle above it,a stripe fiber bundle cross the two vascular bundles,which were surrounded by the ring-like fiber bundle;The parenchyma cells contain a lot of acicular crystal sand and few cluster crystals.CONCLUSIONThe above characteristics can be as basis identified of the lligera rhodantha Hance.更多还原
