【摘要】 目的观察三种不同方法治疗外生殖器和肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法150例尖锐湿疣患者分别采用单纯咪喹莫特、单纯电灼、电灼联合白细胞介素-Ⅱ治疗。结果疣体数目和面积差值在治疗后各组之间有明显差异,治疗后长期效果比较,单纯咪喹莫特治愈率为92%,与电灼加白细胞介素-Ⅱ治疗效果相类似,单纯电灼治疗后期复发率较高。结论咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切,使用方便,安全性好,局部炎症反应轻微,适合外生殖器及肛门周围表浅尖锐湿疣的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of three methods in treatment of genital and perianal condy-loma acuminatum.Methods 150 patients with condyloma acuminatum treated respectively by imiquimod cream,electric cauterization,electric cauterization combined with interleukin-Ⅱ.Results Numbers and areas of the warts had obvious deference among the groups after different treatment.The long-term effect of treatment:the curative rate was 92% if treated by imiquimod cream,which was similar to patients treated by electric cauteri-zation combined with interleukin-Ⅱ,and patients treated by single electric cauterization had higher recurrence rate.Conclusion Imiquimod cream in treatment of condyloma acuminatum is effective,safe and easy to use,and local inflammatory reaction is slight,so it is suitable for genital and perianal condyloma acuminatum.更多还原
