【摘要】 目的探讨左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合术的安全性与可行性。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2007年12月我院64例左半大肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者行Ⅰ期切除吻合术的临床资料,小结其临床效果。结果术后所有患者均治愈,无切口感染,无吻合口漏及腹腔感染等并发症。结论Ⅰ期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻是可行而安全的手术方式,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of one-stage resection-anastomosis operation in treatment of left colonic cancer with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods Data of 64 patients with left colonic cancer combining with acute intestinal obstruction treated by one-stage resection-anastomosis operation in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients were cured completely.There was no wound infection,anastomotic leakage or abdominal cavity infection in them after operations.Conclusion The one-stage resection-anastomosis operation in treatment of left colonic cancer with acute intestinal obstruction is safe and effective.更多还原
