【摘要】 目的探讨对有症状无体征腹痛患者进行治疗性观察的效果,并介绍五种层次患者的分流方式。方法将127例患者使用相对敏感的抗生素及对症治疗过程中而获得的最后的诊断。结果多数患者无需进一步治疗和检查即可确诊并获得相应的治疗,但仍有29.1%患者进行进一步的检查及后续的治疗。结论对有症状无体征患者应注意"治疗"与"观察时间"同样重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of remedial observation on the patient which has symptomatic but non-signed bellyache,and introduce five layer of these patients shunt way.Methods The final diagnosis from the process of the symptomatic treatment and relatively sensitive antibiotic treatment in 127 patients.Results The majority of these patients can obtain corresponding therapy and also can make a definite diagnosis without further treatment and check-up.But still 29.1% need further check-up and following treatment.Conclusion Treatment and observation time is the same important in the patient which has symptomatic but non-signed bellyache.更多还原
