【摘要】 目的研究磷酸化的survivinThr34在胃癌中的表达及分布。方法用免疫组化方法检测手术切除和内窥镜活检的胃良恶性组织中磷酸化的survivinThr34表达情况。结果磷酸化的survivinThr34蛋白在胃癌标本中的阳性表达率为76.79%,与患者的性别、年龄、组织分化程度、病理分期无关,与其在胃良性病变标本中的阳性表达(35.29%)相比较,x2=15.32,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论Thr34可能是影响survivin功能的位点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection we study the phosphorylated survivinThr34 distributed in gastric carcinoma. Methods We use immunohistochemical technique to detect the expression of phosphorylated survivinThr34 in gastric tissues specimens from surgical resection and endoscopic biopsy. Results The positive expression rate of phosphorylated survivinThr34 was 76.79% in stomach carcinoma, witch had no relation with sex, age, differentiated histological grade and pathological stages, and compared expression rate of benign lesion(35.29%), x2=15.32,P<0.01. Conclusions The Thr34 may be an ideally site to influence the surviving function.更多还原
