【摘要】 目的探讨采用射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂的有效方法。方法146例宫颈糜烂患者用自凝刀(射频治疗仪)治疗,134例宫颈糜烂患者用微波治疗,二组进行对比研究。结果轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂患者自凝刀治愈率分别为100.0%、94.3%及88.2%;微波治疗治愈率分别为93.5%、81.3%、65.0%。结论射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂是一种经济、安全、简单、效果良好,值得临床推广应用的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of treatment of cervical erosions with radiofrequency blade. Methods 146 patients with cervical erosion were treated with 500kHz high frequency electromagnetic wave of radiofrequency blade.134 patients with cervical erosion were treated with microwave treatment served as control group.Compared the efficiency of the two groups. Results The curative effect rates of patient which were mild, moderate and severe cases with cervical erosion who were treated by radiofrequency blade were 100%,94.3% and 88.2%. The curative effect rates of the control group were 93.5%, 81.3% and 65%. Conclusions The curative effect of radiofrequency blade in cervical erosion is definite,econmical,simple,safe and better than that of simply control,which is worth to be popularize clinically.更多还原
