【摘要】 目的探讨对中晚期胰腺癌患者实施姑息手术治疗的临床意义。方法回顾我科14例中晚期胰腺癌患者资料,从用非手术治疗和手术治疗的两组治疗方法进行探讨。结果从患者的治疗结果、治疗后生活质量和临床症状改善分析,积极的选择姑息手术的方式是可取的。结论中晚期胰腺癌患者的综合治疗中采取积极的选择姑息手术是有一定的临床意义和社会价值的,值得进一步研究观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate curative effects of conservative resection for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods The results of the 14 patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent conservative resection or conservative bypass procedures were reviewed and analyzed. Results And suitable selection of conservative resection of pancreatic cancer has beneficial effect in the survival time of the patients. Conclusions The resection procedure should not be abolished rashly in advanced pancreatic cancer patients. Further study is needed.更多还原
