【摘要】 目的探讨婴幼儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄(CHPS)的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值及临床意义。方法本文对年龄在3个月以内反复呕吐的婴儿,进行彩色多普勒超声检查,其中22例经手术、病理证实的先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的资料进行回顾性分析。结果彩色多普勒超声对婴幼儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的诊断具有肯定意义和重要临床价值。结论超声诊断是先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的首要诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value and significance of the color Doppler diagnostic ultrasound for clinical analysis of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis in infants. Methods We selected the infants within 3 months with repeatedly refectory vomiting and checked up with color Doppler diagnostic ultrasound. We have carried on a retrospective analysis for 22 cases after surgical operations whose were demonstrated as congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis via pathology method. Results It is affirmatively that there are the clinical value and significance of color Doppler diagnostic ultrasound for clinical analysis of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis in infants. Conclusions It is a priority in diagnosis for congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis in infants.更多还原
