【摘要】 目的探讨舒适护理模式在神经外科术后护理的应用效果。方法2007年5月—2008年5月神经外科术后的患者采用随机分组(种子数26583,SAS软件分组)方法随机分成观察组和对照组,并按年龄、性别、疾病严重程度和手术方式等进行匹配,两组患者各为30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加上舒适护理,比较两组患者术后的生理状况、情绪状况和满意度。结果观察组无论是在生理状况、情绪状况,还是在满意度上均明显优于对照组。结论舒适护理在神经外科的应用更能改善疾病与手术治疗对患者在生理和心理方面的负面影响,提高患者的舒适度和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of application of comfort nursing care to patients operated in neurosurgery. Methods 60 cases were divided into two groups randomly: observation group and control group on the matched-pairs with age,sex,disease level and modus operandi.The control group was undergone normal nursing care,and the observation group was undergone normal nursing care and comfort nursing care as well.The physiological and psychological state and satisfaction degree of two groups were compared. Results The two groups had the statistical difference,the physiological and psychological state and satisfaction degree in the observation group were much better than those in the control group. Conclusion Comfort nursing care can amend the negative effects which were done by the diseases and operation,improve the patients′ comfort and satisfaction degree and should be widely applied in neurosurgery.更多还原
