【摘要】 目的了解妊娠少女的心理状况,并探讨少女妊娠相关的个人因素,为少女妊娠的预防与干预提供参考依据。方法使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自行设计的问卷对上海市126名妊娠少女和126名非妊娠少女进行问卷调查。结果妊娠少女与非妊娠少女在SCL-90总分及抑郁、焦虑分量表得分未见显著差异,分量表躯体化研究组高于对照组,分量表强迫、人际关系敏感和偏执对照组得分高于研究组;与非妊娠少女相比,妊娠少女的教育程度和教育期望值较低,对青少年性行为和青少年妊娠更多表示无所谓,身边更多同龄人怀孕。结论妊娠少女怀孕后存在一些顾虑和担心,但在总体心理健康水平上未发现与非妊娠少女之间的显著性差异,教育期望和对性行为及妊娠的态度是少女妊娠的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mental status and individual factors involved in adolescent pregnancy.Methods The sample consists of 126 pregnant adolescents and 126 controls of students from middle schools and colleges in shanghai.The subjects were administered the general questionnaires,Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results There have no signnificant difference on overall score of SCL-90 and subscales of depression and anxiety between two groups;The research group get higher scores on somatization,But the control group had higher scores on subscales of obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity and paranoid ideation.Pregnant adolescents reported lower educational level and expectation and more peer pregnancy around.Both groups held negative attitude to sex behavior and pregnancy among adolescents,but more pregnant adolescent showed "did not matter".Conclusion The pregnant group showed some worry about pregnancy,while their overall psychological well-beings were similar to the control ones.Adolescent pregnancy is associated with educational expectation and attitude toward adolescent sex behavior and adolescent pregnancy.更多还原
