靶材对激光等离子体诱导靶上电势信号的影响

【摘要】 将高功率脉冲激光分别作用于Cu、Fe、Al三种金属靶材,通过实验测试激光等离子体在这三种金属靶上产生的电势信号,讨论了靶材料对电势信号的影响.实验结果表明:靶上电势信号早期阶段受靶材料的影响比较显著,早期信号峰值大小随靶材变化顺序依次为:IFe>ICu>IAl,而峰值到达时间依次为:tAl<tCu≈tFe.以激光等离子体内部电荷为基础,通过对靶材料的物理化学特性进行分析,认为造成上述差异的主要因素来源于三种金属材料的原子数密度、电离能、热导率等物化参量.

【Abstract】 The electrical potential signals generated by laser-induced plasma among three mental targets(Cu,Fe and Al)are investigated by experiment,and the effect of the target materials on the signals is studied.The experimental results show that the electrical potential signals at the early stage are remarkably affected by the materials of targets;the peak value of the signals IFe>ICu>IAl;the arrival time of the peaks tAl<tCu≈tFe.Based on the net charges remained in the plasma,the above differences are well explained with the atom density,ionization energy and thermal conductivity.
