【摘要】 采用文献资料法和综合分析法,对定向运动在人们如何应付突发灾难中的作用进行了研究。结论是:定向运动这项野外活动对从事者的心理、技术和体能要求与人们应对突发灾难事件的要求很相近。因此,通过对定向运动的学习与训练,可以提高人们的生存能力,以达到逃避灾难的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the methods of documentary and analysis,the author makes a study on how to cope the outburst mischance in orienteering sports.We cen conclude from the results,the orienteering sports as a field activity is similar in psychological,technical and physical demands of its participators to those who are facing sudden disasters.Therefore,people’s survival a-bilities can be greatly improved after studying and training for the orienteering sports,so as to escape from various disasters.更多还原
