【Abstract】 The author uses the method of documentary,analyzing the heterogeneity change of athletes’ human capital which is due to factors such as education absence through human capital theory.It sets "a dragon" format from Tsinghua University as the representative example to point out four kinds of mode combination of education and sports,to elude the negative value accumulation of human capital of China’s athletes’ professional career.更多还原
