荧光假单胞菌蛋白酶水解牛乳的免疫活性研究

【摘要】 受试小鼠分别灌喂生理盐水、低剂量(100mg/kg·bw,组I)及高剂量(250mg/kg·bw,组II)荧光假单胞菌蛋白酶水解脱脂奶粉形成的水解液,30d后测定其免疫活性指标,就其水解液对小鼠免疫功能的影响进行了试验研究。结果显示:低剂量可明显增强脾脏指数(P<0.05),而对胸腺指数影响不明显;高、低剂量对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力也无显著影响;但高剂量可显著增强单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.05);24h及48h高、低剂量对小鼠迟发型变态反应和抗体细胞生成能力均有显著的增强作用(P<0.05);表明脱脂奶粉的荧光假单胞菌蛋白酶水解液可以提高小鼠免疫功能。

【Abstract】 The effect of enzyamtically hydrolyzed milk by Pseudomonas fluoresscens protease on immune function of mice was studied by dividing the mice to three groups, including the control group (feeding with physiological saline for 30 days), Group I(feeding with 100mg/kg hydrolysate for 30 days) and Group II (feeding with 250mg/kg hydrolysate for 30 days).The results showed that the splenic index of Group I (P<0.05)was much higher than that of the control group, while no difference in relative weight of thymus was found among the examined groups.The proliferation activities of mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis in group II and I were obviously improved (P<0.05).Besides, delayed allergy proliferation and antibody-producting cell proliferation in Group I and II were higher than that in control group (P<0.05).So, hydrolyzed defatted milk by Pseudomonas fluoresscens protease can enhance the immune function of mice.
