油松花粉中总黄酮提取的响应面优化
Optimization of Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Chinese Pine Pollen by Response Surface Design(RSD)
【摘要】 以总黄酮得率为响应值,采用响应面实验设计方法(RSD)对油松花粉中总黄酮提取工艺进行研究。其最优提取条件为:温度为80℃,溶剂乙醇浓度为56%,液固比为17.9:1,加热3.2h回流提取。在此条件下,用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色法测定的总黄酮为1.49%。
【Abstract】 The optimization of extraction of total flavonoids from Chinese pine pollen were studied by Response surface design (RSD) Results showed that the optimal reflex temperature, ethanol content, ratio of the liquid to solid and reflex extraction time were 80℃, 56%, 17.9:1 and 3.2h, respectively. Under these conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 1.49%.
