【Abstract】 The First-year Experience Program is an effective means and important pattern of orientation in American universities.Every university developed its own operation model.The case of the University of New Jersey is taken as an example for the discussion of basic models of the first-year program.The basic goal,staffing,managing,and multi-typed activities are analyzed and can serve as reference for Chinese universities in their study and practice of their first-year experience programs.更多还原
