【摘要】 目的:建立黑骨藤伸筋透骨喷雾剂所含药用成分的TLC鉴定方法。方法:将喷雾剂与七种配伍药材进行薄层色谱法对照,做定性鉴别。结果:在喷雾剂中的黑骨藤、伸筋草、透骨香、红花、三七、薄荷脑、花椒等中药材成分在所拟定的试验方法下能清晰地加以识别。结论:黑骨藤伸筋透骨喷雾剂中的药材成分可以利用薄层色谱有效地进行定性鉴别。更多还原
