高速柴油机的降噪减振

【摘要】 高速柴油机的高噪声,剧烈振动及排气污染等固有缺点日益引起广泛的社会关注,在分析高速柴油机的噪声、振动和烟气等污染源的成因的基础上,提出运用声电反馈/扩张,共振复合式消声等措施,实现"以噪声压制噪声"。同时,根据"将高噪声和剧烈振动转换成热能耗散的新思维,"提出"高效多重阻尼复合隔振器"的结构设计方案与技术措施。

【Abstract】 The inherent disadvantages of the violent noise and vibration and exhaust pollution of the diesel engine draws widespread attention.By analyzing the contributing factors of the above-mentioned pollution sources caused by the direct injection type diesel engine,some measures such as sound-electricity-feedback-expansion and compound resonance noise reduction are probed to suppress the noise.Meanwhile,the compound multiple highly effective damping vibration isolator is cooperatively applied to make the energy of the high noise and violent vibration turn into heat and consumes.Furthermore,some relevant design plans and technology measures are introduced.
