ZM5镁合金合金化阻燃的研究
The Effect of Ignition-proof of ZM5 Alloy by Alloying
【摘要】 研究合金元素Ca、富Ce混合稀土的加入对ZM5及ZM5-Li镁合金阻燃性能的影响。燃点测试结果表明,Ca和混合稀土的加入都能明显提高ZM5镁合金的燃点温度。当复合加入1.0%RE和0.8%Ca后,镁合金表面形成致密氧化膜,合金的起燃温度达到785℃,提高了240℃左右,可以实现无保护条件下的熔炼。然而添加微量Li的ZM5镁合金要达到同样的阻燃效果,添加的Ca量须大于1.5%.
【Abstract】 The effects of Ca,mischmetal and Li additions on ignition-proof of ZM5 magnesium alloy are investigated.The results of burning temperatures measuring show that Ca or mischmetal additions to ZM5 alloy can heighten the burning temperature obviously.The additions of 1.0% mischmetal and 0.8% Ca has the best result,which can form a layer of dense-film on the surface and heightens the burning point by 240℃,up to 785℃.So it can be melted without protection in air.It is also discovered that if the ZM5 alloy with lithium and mischmetal gets the same ignition-proof,which must add more than 1.5% Ca element.
