【摘要】 鉴于银行业务外包的发展及其可能带来的金融风险,国际社会纷纷出台相应的规则对其进行监管。考虑自身的实际情况,各监管规则在具体内容上有区别,但也有一些基本的经验可供借鉴。我国近年出台的《电子银行业务管理办法》首次就外包进行了规定,这对我国银行业务外包的发展具有积极意义。但是,相对国际社会,我国银行业务外包监管规则还存在较大的缺陷,应进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of banking outsourcing is challenging the supervision and management of financial risks.Therefore the international society has issued a series of papers to supervise them.The content of supervision rules is different,but there are radical experiences from which we can learn.The measures for the regulation of electronic banking activities promulgated recent years in our country involves outsourcing for the first time,which would bring positive influence on the development of outsourcing in China.But,there are some drawbacks in the new measures in China in relation to international rules and we should perfect it.更多还原
