列车承载鞍自动检测分拣系统的设计和实现
The design and implementation of an automatic detection and selection system for train load-bearing saddles
【摘要】 详细介绍了使用差动变压器式位移传感器对承载鞍有关尺寸进行检测及分拣的原理,采用位移传感器和ADAM5510工控机实现对承载鞍的自动检测、分拣控制。整个系统实现成本较低,运行可靠,检测精度高。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the principle of the detection and selection of a train load-bearing saddle for its size by using displacement sensors.The control of the detection and selection is implemented by the displacement sensors and the ADAM5510 industrial computer.The whole system can operate at low cost and in reliability and accurate detection.
