【摘要】 目的探讨留置胃管洗胃配合血浆置换(PE)治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的临床疗效。方法本组急性有机磷农药中毒病人130例,其中轻度中毒11例、中度中毒47例、重度中毒72例。中、重度中毒119例经常规洗胃机洗胃后,留置胃管反复洗胃。重度中毒随机分对照组34例、治疗组38例。治疗组加用血浆置换治疗。结果轻、中度中毒全部治愈;治疗组病死率10.50%,比对照组病死率41.18%明显降低(P<0.01)。结论留置胃管洗胃配合血浆置换治疗有机磷中毒,能及时、有效地清除体内毒物,补充有活力的胆碱酯酶及某些血浆正常成分,提高抢救成功率。此种方法治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of indwelling gastric tube lavage combined with plasma exchange(PE)on patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods 130 patients with AOPP,admitted from August 1996 to May 2001,were retrospectively analyzed.72 severe cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group(38 cases)was treated with PE besides the routine treatment.The gastric tube remained after salvaging for gastric lavage on 119 patients with moderate-severe AOPP.Results Slight cases and moderate cases were all cured.4 cases in treatment group died and 14 cases in control group died.Cure rate in treatment group was much higher than that of control’s whereas mortality was evidently lower than that of the control’s(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment effect of indwelling gastric tube remaining after salvaging combined with PE is an effective method for the AOPP patients,which could timely and effectively get rid of toxin,and supply active cholinesterase and some plasma component,therefore enhance the success rate.更多还原
