微孔滤膜富集分离光度法测定废水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)

【摘要】 利用微孔滤膜富集分离铬天青S-铬(Ⅵ)-溴化十六烷基吡啶三元配合物,用二甲基亚砜将膜及配合物溶解,分光光度法测定吸光度,建立了检测痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法。配合物在溶液中的最大吸收波长600nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.25×105L/(mol.cm),铬的质量浓度在0~0.6000mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数为0.9945。该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,简便,测定工业废水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)的结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 A new method of determining trace chromium(Ⅵ) has been found,by using micro-porous filter membranes to enrich and separate the complex of CAS-Cr(Ⅵ)-CPB,using DMSO to dissolve the membranes and coordinate compound,and using spectrophotometer to determine the absorbance of the coordinate compound.In the solution,its maximum absorbing wave length is 600 nm,the molar absorbency coefficient is 1.25×105 L/(mol.cm).It accords with Beer’s law when the mass concentration of chromium(Ⅵ) is in the range of 0-0.600 0 mg/L.The correlation coefficient is 0.994 5.This method is characterized by high sensibility,good selectivity and convenience.When this method is used for determining trace Cr(Ⅵ) in wastewater,satisfactory results have been obtained.
