【摘要】 介绍了分别用2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)以及碘硝基四唑紫(INT)等作为人工受氢体进行脱氢酶活性(DHA)检测的几种常见方法,以及它们自身在反映微生物活性等方面的优缺点。论述了TTC在DHA检测中的发展,重点讨论了TTC作为受氢体进行DHA测定过程中其标准曲线制作方法的改进,并对测定中诸多影响因素如温度、pH及萃取剂等进行了比较分析,确定了最佳实验条件。简要概括了目前DHA测定方法在废水生化处理、评价化学毒物和金属毒物的毒性、土壤污染等方面的应用。

【Abstract】 The determination of dehydrogenase activity (DHA) by using 2,3,5-tripheyltetrazolium (TTC) and piodonitrotetrazolium violet (INT) as artificial hydrogen-accepted body, and their advantages and disadvantages in reflecting microbial activity are introduced. The development of TTC-dehydrogenase activity determination is reviewed. Its standard curve in the determination process of dehydrogenase activity by using TTC as hydrogen accepted body is discussed particularly. A great many of influential factors, such as temperature, pH and extractant etc. are compared and analyzed. The best experimental conditions are confirmed. The application of this process to wastewater treatment, the chemical poisons and metallic poisons and soil pollution are summarized briefly.
