基于模块化设计的数字雷达人工增雨作业指挥系统
Automatic Command System of Artificial Precipitation Based on Modularizing Design
【摘要】 以计算机模块化设计为基础,将火箭人工增雨流动作业决策指挥系统分为6个模块:(1)雷达产品的自动生成,(2)增雨潜力分析和车辆调度,(3)云状自动识别,(4)作业条件判断与参数输出,(5)再作业自动判别,(6)作业结束判断。最后以这些模块作为系统的框架,利用概率分布函数自动判别回波的移向移速;采用SHY95算法和BL算法,基于神经网络的模式识别方法自动识别云状。通过人工影响天气最新研究成果、雷达图像和地理信息图像叠加、雷达产品二次开发等综合技术集成,实现了自动化程度较高的,火箭增雨流动作业的科学决策指挥系统。
【Abstract】 Base on the modularizing design,the command system of rocket artificial precipitation in ambulatory operation is made up of 6 function modules:(1) Automatic building of radar products.(2) Analyses of enhancement potential and direction of ambulatory vehicle.(3) Automatic identification of cloud styles.(4) Condition judgment and parameters export.(5) Automatic identification of re-operation.(6) Judgment to the end of operation.Finally with this modules to being the system frame,the moving direction and velocity of radar echo are automatically distinguished by using probability distributing function;based on SHY95 and BL arithmetic,cloud styles are automatic identified based by NN mode recognizing method.With compositive technique integrations including new techniques and research conclusions of Artificial Precipitation,combination techniques of radar image and geography information image and derived products exploitation etc,the command systemcomes true more automatically.
