【摘要】 根据敞开式阳极焙烧炉的热工原理,建立了质量、动量、能量和组分传输等守恒方程的数学模型。采用CFD商业软件耦合求解了阳极焙烧炉火道、火道墙和料箱的三维数学模型的温度场、流场及浓度场,为阳极焙烧炉优化设计与操作提供较为准确、可靠的依据和方法。

【Abstract】 According to thermal working principle of the horizontal anode baking furnace,the mathematical model of mass,momentum,energy and species transfer conservation equations etc is developed.By using commercial CFD,the temperature field,fluid field and concentration field of flue,fire wall and pit with 3D computational model are simalated,which provide a relative accurate and credibility reference and method for optimizing design and operation of anode baking furnace.
