炭素回转窑内物料运动形式的确定
Determination of Solid Particles Motion Types in Rotary Kilns
【摘要】 随着转速的逐步提高,物料在回转窑内的运动主要经历7种状态:滑移、脉冲、塌落、滚落、泻落、抛落和离心,但就炭素回转窑煅烧质量的要求而言,滚落状态是工程实践中的理想设计工况。就炭素回转窑内物料的滚落运动形式做了简单的分析,并推导出了其发生所需要的条件,为回转窑的优化设计与操作提供依据。
【Abstract】 With increasing of the rotation speed,particles mainly undergo seven forms of motion in the kiln: sliding,surging,slumping,rolling,cascading,cataracting and centrifuging.However,for practical engineering,the rolling motion is often chosen as an ideal design work condition.In the paper,characteristics of rolling motion are made simple analysis and its necessary conditions to occur are deduced.The above results provide the basis of optimization design and operation for rotary kilns.
