基于工业以太网+现场总线的通讯网络设计
【摘要】 介绍了自动化网络结构和工业以太网的优势。针对某腈纶纺丝生产线传统的控制网络通讯系统,提出基于Industrial Ethernet+Profibus-DP通信的PLC控制系统的设计。阐述了主从PLC、PLC和变频器的通信过程和网络设置以及该控制系统的软件实现。设计后系统抗干扰能力强、通讯速度快、易于扩展。
【Abstract】 The automatic network structure and the advantage of Industrial Ethernet were introduced.A communication control sys-tem based on Industrial Ethernet + PROFIBUS-DP was designed aiming at an acrylic fibers product lines.The communica-tion process and the network settings are described in this paper as well as the realization of soft relative programs,and the PC with the PLC and the master PLC with the inverters.
