基于LabVIEW的连续挤压机温度采集系统
Continuous Extrusion Machine’s Temperature Acquisition System Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 使用LabVIEW设计并实现了一种新型的连续挤压机温度采集系统,该系统可以将多任务集成到一台计算机上进行检测。利用虚拟仪器技术,可以方便地实现数据采集、分析、处理、管理和报表生成等功能。同时,数字化的测量和信号处理提高了系统的稳定性,抑制了干扰信号。
【Abstract】 This paper design and realize a new temperature acquisition system based on LabVIEW,it is used for continuous extrusion machine.It can fulfilled many testing tasks on one computer.By using virtual instruments technology,data acquisition,signal analysis,signal processing,data management and can be easily achieved.At the same time,digital acquisition and signal processing have a perfect performance in enhancing the stability and reducing noise signals of acquisition system.
